Who are we
The Sever family business has a prominent tradition of engaging in animal husbandry and meat processing, as well as in agriculture and wine growing. They offer a variety of homemade products, and are most recognizable for the outstanding and certified »Prleška tünka« traditional meat delicacy recipe baked in a bread oven. They make it just as it used to be done in the past. Their products are nitrate-free, and sea salt is used as preservative. Their specialty is the Prlekija twisted ribs or the »zavec«, which is highly unlikely to be found anywhere else, since it is a very old recipe, and is, naturally, extremely popular with customers. On top of all that, they also produce their own pumpkin seed oil.
