Radenci

Route description

Radenci is known as the first bioclimatic spa in Slovenia, which attracts guests from the whole world to Prlekija, a picturesque and hospitable landscape between the rivers Mura and Drava. Not many places in the world can boast natural mineral water springs. In the Municipality of Radenci, these springs are called »buble«, because they release bubbles with mineral water, which produces a very specific sound effect – bubbling. The bicycle climb from Radenci to the Janžev Vrh, Radenski Vrh and Kapelski Vrh is richly rewarded with wonderful views from Slovenske gorice towards the Pannonian Plain. The short but picturesque circular cycling route »Pot traminca« is suitable for all cyclists.
