Route description
Križevci is the centre of the fertile Mura Plain. It is characterised by clusters of Pannonian villages and large farms focused on crop production. The circular cycling route, suitable for families, runs from Križevci to the Gajševci Lake and from there to locations that offer views of the edges of Slovenske gorice. The route leads past well-kept farms, where brisky horses of the Ljutomer Trotter breed often graze. At the end of the route, visitors are offered a perfect place for an active break in the Adventure Park next to the well-kept gravel pit in Križevci.
